Walters Environmental Staff

Richard founded Walters Environmental in 1992. He has been the certified operator for many plants in his 35+ year treatment career while consulting at many more. He has helped numerous plants navigate operational and compliance challenges, bringing them into compliance while saving them close to $30,000,000. His experience as a consultant and operator makes him an insightful trainer. He has taught over 15,000 hours of treatment classes and hopes to teach 15,000 more.

Tammy takes care of the invoicing, registrations, and general questions. Although she has never worked in a treatment plant, she has spent over half of her life helping those that do.
